At G Life Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your time-piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring all manuals, tags, and warranty cards are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
